What you will do
- Architect and maintain distributed backend services in Go and Python capable of handling millions of daily events.
- Design fault-tolerant data pipelines using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis streams for real-time telemetry.
- Optimize complex SQL queries, connection pooling, and multi-tenant database partitioning on PostgreSQL.
- Implement robust automated unit, integration, and load testing pipelines.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience with strong proficiency in Go or Python.
- Solid foundation in distributed systems concepts (CAP theorem, idempotency, consensus, event-driven architecture).
- Hands-on expertise with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Obsession with latency budgets, concurrency safety, and system observability.
